What I'm reading: The 7 habits personal workbook

From Stephen Covey's The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Personal Workbook:
I have started re-reading The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People during my 8th Habit Challenge and am completing this workbook as I go.

Most recently, I took the 7 Habits Self-Assessment. The bands on the graph corespond to the rating scale per item:
  • 0-3 Very Poor
  • 3-6 Poor
  • 6-9 Fair
  • 9-12 Good
  • 12-15 Very Good
  • 15-18 Outstanding
So, I hope to focus on improving "5. Seeking first to understand, then to be understood", "Emotional bank account", and "P/PC balance" (for me relating to "7. Sharpen the saw").

My Name is Ronen and I am from Israel.
I lead 7 Habits courses and I am a certified facilitator for the 7 Habits training sessions. I have never seen the 7H self-assessment test. Can you elaborate on this issue?
