- Savings bond calculator
- Auto dealer incentive info: www.carsdirect.com or www.edmunds.com (invoice price - manufacturer incentives/holdbacks, out-the-door price)
- Play house: determine desired monthly mortage payment, add 40% (property taxes, insurance, PMI, maintenance costs), subtract your monthly rent payment, save the blanace for no less than six months
- Roll PMI into the mortgage: ~$43 per $100,000.
